Upon arrival your guests will enter through our historic marathon car museum in the main lobby. The original staircase from 1912 leads you to Room with a View on the third floor. There is also an elevator for those who prefer it.

Private vendors of your choice allowed. Kitchen includes a reach-in-cooler, ice maker, and a hot box.
We have two complimentary on-site parking lots for Room with a View guests and vendors. Guests are also welcome to park along 14th Ave and Clinton street.
Marathon Village is a convenient drive from anywhere downtown Nashville, so we find that most guests shuttle or ride-share.
Vendor loading is available in the lot behind the rear entrance of 1305 Clinton Street. The dumbwaiter and metal staircase have outdoor access.
Room with a view is located in a 112-year-old car factory. The space itself has original, exposed brick walls, high ceilings, hardwood floors, and large windows with a stunning view of Nashville's downtown skyline. This series of historic, brick buildings that make up marathon village house a combination of creative businesses in which this space looks out upon.
The space includes a full catering, kitchen, AV access, dumbwaiter, and permanent stage.
The ready room fits up to 4-5 people comfortably and is located just outside Room with a View. It is the perfect space to get ready or keep personal items.
It includes seating, a full-length mirror, counter space, a large wall-mounted makeup mirror, a steamer, and individual make-up mirrors.
You will receive a comprehensive questionnaire to answer, covering all aspects of the project's scope, your responses will guide our design process and help us tailor the space to your specific needs and desires.

Our flat fee pricing involves charging a fixed fee for the entire project, regardless of the number of hours worked or specific tasks involved. This provides clarity and predictability for both Callie & Co. and our clients. We determine fees based on factors such as the projects complexity, size, and estimated time required.
