Planning a wedding can feel overwhelming, but Mirwood Events and Room With a View are making it easier, and a lot more fun. On April 15th from 6–8 PM, couples, families, and friends are invited to attend a special Vendor Showcase designed to connect you with some of Nashville’s most talented wedding professionals. Instead of spending months researching and scheduling separate meetings, you’ll have the opportunity to explore a curated collection of vendors who know the venue and understand how to bring your vision to life.
One of the biggest advantages of attending the showcase is the chance to meet vendors face-to-face. Booked & unbooked clients will have the chance to connect with Southern Spoon, Larson Floral, 3rd Coast Entertainment, and many more! You’ll be able to see their work up close, and start building the team that will help create your perfect wedding day. There’s something incredibly valuable about making a real connection with the people who will play a huge role in such an important celebration. You might even discover a vendor you didn’t know you needed but suddenly can’t imagine your day without. For example, Sanae Intoxicants will be there, and she can help you create a custom scent for your special day.
Beyond the planning benefits, the evening is designed to be inspiring and enjoyable. As you explore the venue’s spaces, you’ll gather ideas for décor, layout, lighting, and overall atmosphere. Whether you’ve already booked, or are still exploring options, this event offers the perfect opportunity to get inspired and move your planning forward.
